  • I'll continue to use this Lowe's on FLW for hardware and small purchases when it's more convenient than Home Depot. However, they've totally lost my business for larger purchases after a lousy experience with their appliance department. Lowe's had been quick to schedule convenient delivery and installation for appliances in the past, so I bought a Bosch dishwasher from them. It stopped working weeks after installation. When I called to have it checked out, the convenient service scheduling went out the window, and a minor part took a long time to order. When the part shipped, it was going to take even longer (weeks at this point) to schedule the minor repair. I gave up, repaired the dishwasher myself... and Lowe's lost a long time customer.
