  • Food wise, Carabbas is similar to many upscale casual italian dining affairs: a familiar menu, a good series of mid level moderately priced wines, and comfortable seating. What makes Carabbas special is the Staff and their customer service. The next time you go ask for Patrick, he's wonderfully knowledgeable and harbors the kind of sincerity that let's you know he actually likes and cares about people.
