I purchased a vehicle from Adventure July 13'. I recently sold the vehicle and had GAP coverage on my loan. I was due a refund because I didn't hit maturity of the loan. I called them 2 times and left 2 messages.
No response. I called a third time and talked to a finance manager. I emailed the documentation over to him, no response. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. No response. Contacted the GAP company and they advised me I needed to contact the dealer. I advised them no response from the dealer. I emailed them the info and within a week it was cancelled. I can't wait to see how long it takes for me to get my refund!
