I have avoided this place for so long because SO many people have told me this place sucks for BBQ...but guess what?! THEY WERE WRONG.
I got the spare ribs meal with mac and cheese, and a side of corn bread. While they did forget to give me my $1.50 cornbread and I checked my order before leaving thinking the bread in the aluminum foil was corn bread but it was more like a King's Hawaiian roll, I did enjoy my meal!
The mac and cheese was creamy and in a large portion. The spare ribs were cooked thoroughly and soft so the meat came right off the bone. The BBQ sauce could have been thicker and perhaps spicier, but overall I still loved the taste of the sauce. The service was great, quick, and they were very kind.
Overall, I'd definitely eat here again and I don't know why people keep saying this place is that bad. It's a lot better than other places I have tried to find BBQ at in Phoenix.
