  • I didn't want to believe what some people were saying about the screens breaking again and lifting on the edges, but I regret having to say that that's exactly what happened. I admit that I drop my phone a lot and I've dropped my phone plenty of times with the original screen. But after over more than a year, the concrete won and shattered the original screen on my phone. My screen was cracked so much that I couldn't ignore how bad it was to see some things on the phone. After some hesitation I decided to give this place a shot. The price was somewhat reasonable and it couldn't be any worse that what I had, right? It looked incredible after I got it back. It only took about an hour And that's why I started to give a one star and changed it to a 2 star. It was amazing. But... The guy, as he was returning my phone said that the frame on my phone was bent and that's why the left side of the screen wouldn't completely snap in. That should've been my first sign, but like I said... It was better than not being able to see it so I left, fairly content. Now that I think about it, the reason it was bent in the first place is probably because he dented it as )he was taking off my other screen. The part that is "bent" is not even something that could happen by dropping or banging it on something. It has been two weeks. And yesterday, I literally did NOTHING to it. It was in my purse with some things and it CRACKED!!! And I'm looking at the way the corners are dinged and it is dinged the same way it does when you buy cheap furniture and the plastic "wood" peels off. I am seriously disappointed. The quality of this new screen is basically no better than a tempered glass protector. Now I need to replace it again. I should've just taken it to apple in the first place. At least I know the quality would've been better than this screen protector they call a screen replacement. *update- for two weeks after this initial posting I tried to use my phone with the small crack that was annoying me but ignorable. But, even WITH a tempered glass screen protector, the screen cracked even more. If it weren't for the tempered glass it would probably be completely obliterated. Save your money. It's not even worth trying to get them to fix it again. It'll probably break again because of the horrible quality of the screen.
