  • The bad: 1) - don't expect hot water, luke warm at best. I don't even think they have a reason as their excuses vary and have happened EVERY TIME I stayed there. It's what happens when you lie, you can't keep track of them. 2)- no lockboxes in the room so don't bring anything valuable 3) - grimy dirty furniture and moldy bathrooms 3) - they don't offer room service The good: 1) - Extremely close to PPG arena. Great for Penguin games. 2) - Friendly staff, not helpful but friendly. 3) - You get what you pay for, next time I'll stay at the Marriott, I'd gladly spend more to take a hot shower. They are only a stone throw away
