  • I switched from an Iphone to the LG G4 and was having problems with it from the start. I came in multiple times to get help. Javier and Armando, two of the managers, were awesome. They did everything they could to fix the problem with the phone. When they couldn't fix the problem, I requested to just switch back to an Iphone. Javier spent a lot of time working with the company to make that happen. I'm incredibly grateful to him for making it work and for making me a happy customer. He cares about his customers and did what he could to make sure I didn't leave unhappy.
