  • I've had my internet service and phone service thru century link for years,so i decided to bundle and get the cable service as well so I would have to pay only one service provider. WELL! Biggest mistake ever. First of all, Prism TV is the worst. It will lose it's single every single day like clock work. At first, I could count down at 12;50am that it would freeze. Now it's better, It freezes at 11;15pm every night. This also causes the internet to disconnect. After receiving my first bill. I expected it to be high, but not have added features that I did not request, such as a sports pkg. HUH? Still waiting on the real bill with all the supposedly discounts. I can't wait to cancel."
