My experience here was simply 'okay.' My co-worker and I tried this place for lunch a few days after their soft launch, so we knew going it not to expect 100% on point service. Honestly, the slow service wasn't even that big of an issue. Ultimately I was just not really impressed by the food.
The style was more of 'chef inspired dishes' that failed to wow. The portions were small and the price tag rather large. I had the enchiladas and they were teeny tiny. The sauce options seemed promising, but I wasn't wowed by any of them either. My dish also came with a side of roasted veggies. This happened to be a few slices of bell peppers and two small baby corns. On the bright side, they included chips and salsa at no cost and the chips were quite delicious. They do have a full bar, but we did not partake for this visit.
The space itself is also a little bit on the small side, meaning it's a bit more intimate and not really a great place for a group. We were also informed their 'happy hour' is only for drinks or apps ordered at the bar and two designated high tops. I can't image it being easy to have happy hour here when it's busy on a Thursday or Friday evening.
Merely an average place, but still decent enough Mexican cuisine if you're craving it!
