  • Conveniently located in the PATH, the MCI Medical Clinic seemed like a good option for a walk-in appointment. I went in at about 1 pm, and experienced a shorter than normal wait time of approximately 15 minutes, which I was very happy about. It is very clean and there is adequate sitting space. The front desk staff was pretty passive, some were friendly and some just plain rude. The nurse that walked me into my room was much friendlier. The whole experience with the doctor was very rushed. I wanted to ask more questions, but I didn't even get a chance to. The doctor was helpful though in changing my prescription, which I appreciated. My search for a new family doctor will certainly not end here.
