I had Drew of Accredited Appliance out this morning because my dryer was not working. The technician came out promptly and fixed the problem, it turned out to be a loose wire connection. He found the problem in literally 5 minutes, which was great. He took more time writing up the invoice than doing the repair. No parts were required. My only complaint is that on the phone while scheduling the repair I was quoted $69.95 for the service call, but the tech charged me $105.00 saying that was the minimum labor charge. If that is the minimum, I should have been told that on the phone. The service was fine, but I feel that the charge was at best deceptive, if not straight out overcharging.
