I purchased a brand new phone November 22nd. The phone quit working November 27th. I brought it to this store. Verizon policy is to replace the phone in the store with a brand new phone. The manager of this store refused and said he would mail a new phone. I received a refurbished phone that didn't work. The manager refused to make things right unless I just purchased another new phone. So in other words did nothing. DON'T go to this Verizon store! Save yourself some big headaches. This manager should be fired.
