  • I moved into the Alexan October 2015. I really like this place and all that it offers. It's always kept extremely clean by the landscapers and maintenance has always been responsive and efficient. The reason I am leaving a review at this time is because of the new staff that works in the office. I have personally dealt with Ryann Griggs and couldn't be happier with all that she has done for me. Miss Griggs always returns my messages in a timely fashion and patiently answers all my questions thoroughly. She has explained procedures and details about the property that quite frankly were never explained by the prior leasing agents. I myself work in customer service so I definitely appreciate when someone like Miss Griggs always makes sure the customer/renter is taken care of. I highly recommend Alexan and know that Ryann Griggs will make the experience of apartment hunting so much better.
