| - I would give zero stars. I have banked with SSCU for 11 years. Since they changed their computer system there has been nothing been trouble. Yesterday, I made a mobile deposit. Not only, did they not make all of the money available. They did not make the $200 available as their policy states. They charged me an overdraft charge and claimed that I made the deposit today instead of last night. I spoke with Daniel who insinuated that I was lying about putting the money in yesterday. He refused to resolve the situation. He said, "Clearly, you do not understand how our bank works." He then explained that $200 was made available, but it was made available at 11:36 am today instead of when the deposit was made. He then said that the current disclosures, which are different than the disclosures I received 11 years ago, state all of this information.
So, the representative by the name of Daniel refused to correct the situation, acknowledged that I was being held to a disclosure agreement that I never received, and said he would not help me. He was more concerned about being right than correcting the BANK error.
Account will be closed at the end of the month. Worst banking situation I could ever imagine.
Beyond the incompetence of Daniel the representative, I've had to have my card replaced over 5 times due to fraud. They DO NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY.
Stay away from this catastrophe of a bank.
