  • Good food, great ambiance, call it Hillstone's or Houston's it's all the same. I have always enjoyed this establishment. The only thing I don't get about it is that they try so hard to convince you that it's not a chain restaurant. Hate to tell you that's what you are. Not that that's a bad thing just get over trying to be something else other than what you are. I will have to say out of all the upper crust chain restaurants you are defiantly ahead of the game. You are far superior than any of the Fox concept establishments.
