  • I had a bad leak in my hallway close to the bathroom. One of my neighbors recommended Roofing Consultant of Arizona. I called them and made an appointment for 8AM. I had to leave for work because he was about 20 minutes late. He called me when he got to my house and apologized for being late and said he will check my roof. Later when I called him he told me that my roof is in bad shape and has to be replaced. They sent me a quote for $20,000 to replace my entire roof!! I decided to get a second opinion and called Stell Roofing. Mike came and checked my roof. He went up my roof and after looking at it for a few minutes told me that he thinks that the leak is through the vent that is placed in the wrong direction on my roof. He suggested that I put a bucket on top of the vent and see if that stops the leak. He was right. He did not charge me anything. He told me that my flat roof needed coating but it is not immediate and can be done in 1-2 years. I really appreciate his honestly and will definitely call them when I need to put a new coat on my roof.
