  • Responded within 15 minutes of my online quote. They did a 3-way call with my insurance company to confirm my coverage. My appointment was scheduled the next day in a decent time window too (8-10am) They replaced my glass at my work in 30 minutes. The tech that did the job had a nice smile and was polite (I think his name was Dave). He 1/2 way replaced my old stickers on my new glass... the reason being if I still didn't want them I could easily remove them or press them on fully (nice touch). My insurance company covered my replacement, but the price point of around $200 for my vehicle seemed very fair. Finally the tech handed me an envelope at the end of the job with my promo $... special dinner for me :) Overall they did a very good job with my service and I have no complaints.
