  • I was really craving rare beef noodles but was really tired of all the usual pho restaurants having tough, rubbery meat. So I decided to try Pho Metro and to my surprise it wasn't rubbery at all! Pretty happy with the noodle soup overall - the only thing I would change is make the broth slightly less salty and a bit more flavorful. They also do a yummy avacado shake! Looks like I found my new go-to pho joint. :)
