Eric the store manager was a complete failure in helping me. His employees managed to help me with my iphone 6 upgrade. I paid the balance and followed the store employees instructions and ended up without a phone for
12 hours. I showed up at 7:03 pm they wouldn't let me in the store to fix things. I have been with Att wireless for over 25 yrs. They have a bunch of idiots working there, no clue of customer service.
I will write until that little sh.... looses his job. ( if that's possible).
I am going to the store today for the 4th time and I still will not be getting my upgrade. At this point I just want my old phone back so I can call someone, anyone!
