  • Was not really happy with this stay. I'm a Harrah's guy and like the hotel over most any of them in the casino cities. However this room was not so appealing. The woods is worn and chipping and very old in the room. Bathroom shower fixture falling apart. The air was not working at check in. Had to call front desk to send someone up. I think this is s older tower of rooms. Considering I'm on the free rooms for rewards points. I accepted the room after someone fixed the air unit. However if paid for my stay. I would have been requesting better room. This side was the view of the garage area, so a horrible view followed by hours honking was not cool For the above I would give them 2 stars. However the room is not the hotel is about. The other star come because of the staff & casino. Definitely one of the best casinos. The shows and restaurants within the hotel are very good. I'm always a winner at Harrah casinos. So that's a good thing. The massage spa is a must visit for whatever reason your visiting the Vegas area. I will be back to this hotel and hope for a better stay here. However in casino cities they still are my hotel of choice
