  • Honestly I really believed my hair was going to come out absolutely stunning. I am every cosmetologists dream client - very happy to please... long healthy hair as a blank canvas. I can't believe what happened to my hair. I am devastated. My hair was past my butt, so healthy, beautiful. She was bleaching my hair about 2 inches away from my roots to create an ombré/balayage look that I requested. I had pictures as reference and had my hair done this style a little over a year ago. She fried my hair while tending to a black-root touch up on her client next to me. The bleach was left on and now my hair is fried (2 inch fried strands frizzing & sticking up on top like a halo everywhere) and colored horribly. I'm currently contacting the general manager. I don't know what else to do
