  • There's a reason why Bakerbots Baking is one of the top bakeries in the world! They're known for their ice cream cookie sandwiches and their unique ice cream flavours. When you walk into the store, you will instantly smell the baked goods and feel the warmness from the bakery. This is my second time coming here, and I've never had to experience a long line up. I ordered a whole ice cream sandwich and I chose the Ginger Snap cookie. It was so chewy and I loved how rich the flavours were. My only downside is that the cookies are very hard. When your eating the sandwich, you can't really eat the cookie with the ice cream because the cookie is way too hard. So if you're brave and decide to eat it with one hand, get ready to get messy! For the ice cream, I chose the Earl Grey flavour, and woah even more flavour explosion! The location is a bit far from the Downtown Core, specifically in Korean Town, but I highly recommend you to check this place out! There's a lot of different pastries and desserts that you can check out as well! Next time, I'm going to try out their slices of cakes because they looked incredible!
