| - I am so disappointed with this company for a NO CALL, NO SHOW. I even waited a week to post this thinking maybe, just maybe, that I'd get an apology. Nothing yet.
I should've known from the moment Mike had to reschedule the estimate, then, showed up over an hour late the actual day. He was very apologetic & did seem like he had a busy day. I let it go & decided to order the fence once my HOA approved the plans. He said it would take 4 wks to order. After about 6 wks, no one called, so I followed up and it seemed like they are very backed up on work. They service all Home Depot & Lowe's too. They only schedule 1-2 days out. So after a few phone calls, Unique called on Thurs 12/8 & said they would come on Fri 12/9/16 between 1pm-4pm to install. I took time off work, they never showed up or even called that they weren't coming. I was so upset, who does that, it's inconsiderate. I called the office at 5pm left msg (they had closed at 3p and closed on the wkend.) Sat morning, Eddie called that they were on their way. I had no idea they had rescheduled me, I was at the dentist and had to rush home. Apparently, the manager was supposed to notify me of the change, luckily I was off that day. Eddie did a great job. I feel like the company has a bad scheduling system & no one can give a true time frame. It seems like once they have your nonrefundable deposit, they can do whatever they want. Unique mentioned the reason they were taking so long is that they needed to order supplies. This was after the 4 wk time frame. After 7 wks, it finally got done. I felt trapped and had no choice but to be at their mercy. I wouldn't recommend due to the lack of urgency on their part or respect for a courtesy call. I believe they only have one guy installing.
