  • They were supposed to show up between 12pm-2pm and got there a little after 3:15pm. There was two ladies that showed up to clean. It seemed like they barely had any cleaning supplies with them. When I booked the service I told Kimberly that it was a BRAND NEW HOUSE that we hadn't moved into yet, so there was literally nothing there besides the appliances. No furniture, no cleaning supplies. They took 3 hours to clean - which seemed odd, because there's not much to clean. But I have them the. We benefit of the doubt and hoped they were just doing a really good job. I got back to the house after the three hours and they were finishing up mopping and vacuuming. I noticed a few little things that weren't as clean as I would have liked them to be, but I didn't get to upset about it and I paid the $200 for three hours of cleaning plus a $30 tip. The next my boyfriend and I stopped by after work to get a better look and we notice that windows were still dirty, there were spots in the bathroom that has dirt or dried paint that I could scrape off with my fingernail. In the master bathroom there is still lime build up on the shower head that I specifically pointed out when they got there. It looks like they broke one of the lights above our bathroom mirror as well. The shelf in the laundry room that I specifically asked them to clean wasn't touched and full of dust. I am very unsatisfied with this service. I just don't understand what they did for three hours in an empty house when it barely looks like they vacuumed and dusted, and the tile floor looks like they mopped it with water and that's about it. The only good thing is the microwave and oven in the kitchen look a little bit cleaner but overall it looks like I could have done a better job by myself and for cheaper.
