  • There are very few companies I have dealt with in my life that will stand behind their word. Although there was miscommunication initially, Perfection Handyman came by and fulfilled their contract with me. They could not fix the problem only because of a faulty item which was not their fault. However, they came by and did their best and explained the situation. They were very professional, courteous and clearly have many people who have had good work done by them. Thus I am retracting my harsh criticism of them since all has been resolved to my satisfaction.
