  • Horrible experience. We called them through the warranty company because the a.c. was only cooling about 10 degrees. They came promtly, but almost didn't do a diagnosis saying the warranty company wouldn't pay for it. So we shelled out the $150 to find out what is wrong. We were told a leak, that they'd fix it but the technition had to leave for some reason and he'd be back. He didn't come back. After he left the a.c. didnt work at all! We called the company and was told we had to talk to the manager who was out to lunch, then for obscure reasons unavailable the rest of the afternoon when we called back repeatedly. This was on a friday, we couldn't reach anyone saturday, so we went all weekend without our air conditioning. When we called Monday the secretary denied ever talking to us friday, said it was our fault for not calling the manager directly, all of this a blatant lie. Now they want to charge us $2,000 to fix the a.c. So let me recap: we called thus company because our a.c. wasn't working properly, they charged us $150, & left the a.c. completely not working. Do not call these people. They are at best incompetent and at worst scam artists.
