We had problems with our bill and a few things we needed cleared up. We spoke with PAMELA, and at first she was understanding and had to ask her manager to clear a few things up since Verizon left us in a grey area over a phone and bill. PAMELA, then proceeded to have a snarky attitude with myself and my boyfriend when we didn't understand why in the notes section, things were written that we never signed upon or agreed to. She then basically told us to leave and call Verizon customer service. I did, I explained ONCE to the man on the phone and he reviewed the notes and past bills, then had the situation taken care of. I don't understand why PAMELA could not help us other than saying "there's nothing I can do, call Verizon yourself". I've had Verizon for over a decade and have always had someone go to the next level to try and help me the best they can. She did nothing but the bare which I found to be shocking coming from a Verizon store. If you canNOT handle customers and people, then that business is NOT for you.
