rev:text	I have had Deke's out twice. Really nice guys. The first time, they came out on a Sunday, which I was grateful for, as they take Sunday's off...this particular time, he was working Sunday to get caught up...no worries this time because it worked out for me...until the next time the air went out and it was on a Sunday and they were not working. First time, paid about $300.00 to fill large AC unit with Freon. It worked for about 2.5 months until both units stopped working this past Saturday. I called Deke's they were out pretty quick, I will give them that, great Customer Service on that end. However, the guy that came this time, did not check anything else, just Freon levels, another $200.00 gone. He said my upstairs was low and needed more...so he added more. He also topped off the larger one, as it is leaking. The problem was quickly realized that evening that the small AC unit was working just fine, the downstairs one quit completely. I called first thing in the morning, and low and behold it was Sunday morning and not even a phone call back to see what the deal was. So I paid for Freon, which wasn't my main issue, I have an AC that does not work and needs to be replaced and a company that band aid fixes the problem with adding Freon. This was on a previous review which does cause me some concern. $500 later, with no AC that properly works. I would say that is not great service. One red flag is that they don't work Sunday...in LV, in the summer, someone needs to be on call 7 days a week. It is a family run business and I guess that is one of the issues we get to deal with...but again...current customer, just had the company out and AC not working should have at least resulted in a call back that day.
