AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We booked a room at The Monte Carlo, now Park MGM, directly through their website.
The website clearly advertises a large pool complex including a lazy river and a wave pool.
Upon check in we realized the lazy river and wave pool have been removed. How is this the first time I'm being notified of this? We SPECIFICALLY booked this hotel FOR THE LAZY RIVER AND WAVE POOL.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!
I asked the front desk if they would allow us to visit the MGM or Mandalay Bay since they are sister properties. The snarky front desk attendant responded "no." I mentioned that the photos on the hotel website show a lazy river and a wave pool.... his response "I can't control the photos on Google."
THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. The same asshole attendant informed us "there will be construction noise in the morning, we have provided complimentary earbuds." Are you kidding me? Why was I not informed prior to check in?
I am checking out and requesting a full refund. I refuse to accept this horrendous customer service AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL - TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE - somewhere HONEST.
