| - Words cannot express the gratitude that my mom, sister and I have for Law Office of Lerner & Rowe. First of all, I don't even live in Arizona. My husband and I were visiting and took my mother and sister out for a lovely evening for show and dinner in Scottsdale, Arizona one evening. On our way home around 11:30 PM on a Thursday night, while waiting for the intersection light to change, our vehicle was not moving and we got rear ended from behind hard. The young female driver admitted she was simply not paying attention. Honestly, I think she was on her phone texting while driving, which caused the accident.
The following morning, I woke up to some minor aches and back pain. My mom and sister were in a little bit of pain but not too bad. We all thought perhaps it will go away the next day. Well, next morning rolled around and we were all experiencing more pain than before as a result from the accident. That's when I decided to seek legal help. I thought to myself, why should we suffer when the accident is someone else's fault.
I found Lerner & Rowe online and read their positive reviews. I have to say, they also do a great job advertising their services in Las Vegas (Glen Lerner ) and Arizona (Lerner & Rowe) across town. I called and left a message. Within an hour or two, I received a call from a representative named Derrick Orozco. Super nice guy and he even drove down from the other office to meet with us in person to discuss our injuries and options. He explained everything in detail and was very compassionate. We proceeded to have them represent us for our injuries.
Within 2 weeks since the accident, the firm helped me get me reimbursed for our $500 deductable back from our insurance company. In regards of medical treatments, although I have medical insurance in Nevada it does not cover me outside of Nevada. Since I travel back and forth for business between Nevada and Arizona, the firm got me in to seek professional medical and physical treatments while in Arizona. They covered me for the duration necessary to recover from my injuries. Same was applied for my mother and sister. The firm got them in for necessary treatments, as their injuries were different than mine and required more extensive treatment. There was no out of pocket costs for these medical treatments on any of our parts, which was a blessing.
Our attorney, Jesse Gran reached out to us when necessary and explained every step of the way to make sure we understood the process. If we had any questions, he would get right back to us via email and mostly via phone. Jesse was so patient, understanding and sincere in trying his best to help us. Traci Beckett, was our case manager/paralegal and what a sweetheart. She was so nice and patient with us. Her reply via email was so prompt and polite. It was certainly a pleasure working with her. The rest of the team, I had minimal communication with but helped in settling the case towards the end. I would like to give special thanks to Yolanda Quintana, Grisel Reyes & Stephanie Smith.
It's been a little over a year since the accident, and all 3 of our cases has been settled. I have to say, we are so impressed with the level of professionalism, thoroughness and patience that the team at Lerner & Rowe showed us as clients. I don't know what we would've done without them. If you've been injured, don't wait and accept that this is what you are suppose to deal with on your own. It's your health and you only have one life. Don't suffer and seek professional help.
