  • I've been a patron here for years and I've always found it to be a great experience. Rachel in customer service is my muse, and has repeatedly referred me to GREAT fiction (Andrew Davidson's "The Gargoyle" and Christopher Moore's "Lamb", among many others) on personal recommendation. I expect B&N to be a great bookstore, but Rachel and team have always made it a fascinating adventure for me. Five Stars -- only because 5's the limit.
