  • And here we are again, Jimmy John's. Almost an hour wait for sandwich delivery less than a mile away. When I called I was told "Well, it's not 'freaky fast delivery" anymore, it's just freaky fast sandwiches." No empathy, just excuses. If you're not "freaky fast" delivery anymore, how about maybe giving an estimated delivery time to your customers? NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.
