  • This place seems to be horribly managed and under staffed. I arrived at this location on a Thursday afternoon to collect some of my belongings from my car as it was totaled from a hit and run accident. I was the second person in line and it took 20 minutes for someone to help me...they only had one person up front helping people. After being helped I went out to my car to collect my belongings. Upon returning home with my belongings I noticed several items missing from my vehicle. How terrible! Trying to get ahold of someone at this location via phone is a whole other set of challenges as you're placed on hold and forgotten about. Terrible service!
