I scheduled a cleaning prior to hosting an event at my home. One hour after waiting for someone to show up, calling the cleaning person and the company, I had no response. After calling 3 times, I did finally get a hold of someone who let me know the cleaning person had car trouble and they were addressing the issue. Two hours later I still had not heard anything. I finally did get a text message stating I would "likely" have someone clean my house the next day instead, but heard no details. Finally I was able to talk to someone via online chat who said "sorry if it was not clear" but I was going to have someone the next day. They were going to offer to waive my cleaning supply fee of $10. No thanks. Not interested in this business anymore! Their communication and customer service were very poor. Unfortunately I am not even able to rate their cleaning skill as I canceled and will be trying to book someone else or cleaning myself last minute before this event.
