  • I received a coupon via e-mail for an oil change. Given the low price I thought I'd try. I called and made an appointment at the Chandler store and was very pleased with the professionalism during that call. I made the appointment, and they were completed within the estimated time given. I've never been in a cleaner auto shop. Nice people working there, and very helpful. I assumed they would try to sell me additional services, but they only pointed out a couple of things that might need servicing in the future. I couldn't have had a better experience. It's wonderful to find something like this in this day and age. Congratulations to AAA.
