| - I was happy to find a Camp Bow Wow in Las Vegas. I had previously boarded my Cocker Spaniel at this company in another location. I worked with AMY, a Camp Counselor at the LV location, and she was very efficient in getting my dog processed and approved. My dog, Fred, boarded there for three days and nights, and from my observations on the camper cam he appeared to be quite content. However, upon returning home, Fred experienced some very bad diarrhea. I called the camp today to complain and Amy had said she would do some investigating on what happened. She has promptly followed up with me, explaining what she thinks might have happened and has helped me to resolve the issue. Although I am not happy with having to sprint out of my apartment every two hours for the last two days, I am thankful that Amy was responsible enough to listen, followup with me, and offer possible explanations as to what happened. I would hope that any dog getting diarrhea upon leaving is a very rare occurrence. However, for caring about my dog's experience, and for responding responsibly to my complaints, I am willing to give this business 4 stars, and would also give them another try the next time I am in Las Vegas.
