  • Went to this location late on a Sunday night last week after work. My car was in desperate need of a wash & vacuum! The attendant greeted us to review the choices of wash purchases available on the board! I chose the best wash $15.00 ! It offered everything and added bonus was if you came back within 4 days you got a 2nd was free. The attendants met us at the bay entrance and began their procedure of spraying . Brushing the front and covering the rear wiper with a sleeve. Into the wash we go The car came out washed ! Tires had a small shine .... less than I anticipated for the money I spent so the attendant hand applied a second coat for me! The mats were put through a machine to wash with the token they gave me . All in all it was a good experience until we got to the windshield wiper on the rear window. It was pulled apart and in two pieces. Now it has two pieces ( the arm & the replaceable blade) so that wasn't too scary ... the attendant put it back together and off we go ! ********** Came back on Wednesday to get my free wash! Repeat the Sunday story and you get what happened.... only Wednesday the the rest wiper shreds on the blade part. The attendant apologizes and quickly presented a form to file the damage! Gave me a quick explanation of what to expect and several apologies! Thursday morning their Corporate office calls me at 10:00 am and asks me to get the estimate for repairs! Handled in amazing timing ! Very impressed with how professionally and expeditiously it worked. Excellent customer service! Thanks Sams CarWash ! Two thumbs up ********** Update !!! Not only did they reimburse me for the broken wiper , but a kind letter with a free car wash was included! First class service Sam's Express Car Wash !
