  • I want to tell you that I am loving the service but I am not. I have been with them since 2014. Every 3 to 4 months my service goes down. Internet and video. Now I am told that no one can come out until Thursday. Did I mention that today is Saturday?! I DEFINITELY do NOT feel like a valued customer. Are these people for real?! You offer me credits which is all well and good but I want the service that I pay for to work!
