  • I would give negative stars if possible. Used these guys to replace the drivers side window on my 2014 Camaro and they did a terrible job. 1. I, myself, called and they quoted me 190. My girlfriend works at another shop and quoted her 150. So I had her set it up instead since we share the car. 2. I set up an appointment for them to meet me at another shop at 3:00 PM and they showed up at 3:40 3. They did a TERRIBLE job installing it. The window wouldn't even roll up properly. 4. I took it back and they said it may be the regulator that's broken. Jokes on me! Because I'm an idiot right? No. We took it to her shop and they realigned it for me and it rolls up just fine now. I had TWO guys attempt fix it at Cali and they couldn't do it. 5. They also told me that it's not OEM glass, and that it's made in China. Oh. Maybe that's why it's WARPED? I can literally see where the glass has a small curve in it. 6. They told me no refunds. Now I see why. I asked them why they didn't quote OEM glass and they said that it's because it was out of town and would be $450. So why didn't you quote me that in the first place, or at least warn me that it was Chinese? Is this how you do business? 7. I attempted to call the owner around noon and he still has not gotten back to me. So my main concern is, why are they quoting glass that's made in China and is WARPED? The glass is WARPED. I highly doubt that it meets safety standards also. I have a few other cars that needs the glass done and they will not be the people who I will be calling. This place is a joke. They are using faulty parts and may possibly be unsafe to use. They have lost my business.
