  • Decided to walk in to look around for a bed since the one at home was crunching like potato chips. At first I was a bit skeptical due to my previous experience at a different mattress firm location. But the minute we walked in Jack Hart and George (didn't get his last name) were so friendly. Jack asked what type of bed we were looking for and my sister settled for a plush mattress after testing almost every bed in the store lol. Being a big sister I helped negotiate a deal and Jack really took the time to work with what I wanted. Whenever I go into commissioned based stores I automatically put a guard up because I feel like salesmen just want your money. That wasn't the case with Jack and George. They took the time to get to know us and help us which resulted in a very satisfied and confident purchase. If you're ever in the market for a new bed I recommend coming to see Jack and George...you won't be disappointed!
