  • I have been using Apple products since the late 80s. I am super loyal to this company and this is definitely the location you want to hit up if you're looking for a new computer or any other Apple product. The authorised resellers downtown are also nice, but dealing with Apple directly is always preferred if you can swing it. I've not bought any products from this store but when my MacBook Pro died on me I took it here to get it fixed. Pretty much everything from then on was seamless. The "Mac Genius" I dealt with was very knowledgeable (they have to be) and even the people getting me set up for my appointment were on point as well. I got impatient with the amount of time it took to fix because they had to order in a part, but each time I called the store to check on the status they were polite and never seemed to mind me calling every-other-day. Finally picked up my laptop and the girl was sweet and funny. It seems like a happening place. They told me kids hang out there all the time because they have free internet on their display models and they don't seem to care kids loiter on Facebook. Tip: shop there early or late at night, otherwise it will likely be too packed. And to top it off the girl employee who smiled and said goodbye to me as I left the shop was mad gorgeous.
