  • My friends and I decided to spend a few hours here during a trip to Asheville. We had such a good time! We started out Inside where we sampled various cheeses and sweet caramel spreads. Delish! We settled on a bottle of wine and a cheese/meat platter, and wandered around the grounds until it was ready. My friend played with the goat they have outside- I can't remember the goat's name though :( They have a few places for seating outside and I can't imagine it ever gets completely packed. Thankfully we were able to snag a space under an awning, because it started to drizzle. They had some seating inside apparently, but it wasn't bad enough for us to go inside. The platter they brought out was super tasty, and the wine we selected, a summer rose, complemented everything perfectly. Looking Glass is a great way to spend a few hours on your trip to Asheville!!
