  • Poor Customer Service also they tell you what your getting for price. Not True! They Lie. They only tell you what you wanna here? And totally different when you find out what you were told is not correct. I was told false information. Called back twice to get corrected? And was told something totally different. Then agent puts me on hold transfer my call to Loyalty dept and they also were giving false information. No one at Cox is on same page. They don't seem to care about customer service. I don't recommend. FYI !
