| - PISS POOR service. I took my car to the facilities to get an interior job done. There was no place for me to sit and wait for what took a long, grueling 5 hrs for them to complete. Jim drove me to a restaurant that was 10 minutes away. Prior to the execution of the service, I asked Jim for the estimated duration of the work, he told me 2 hours..... mind you, I stated that in reality the time duration was 5 hrs.
After they completed the job, I looked through my car to indeed find it cleaned well, but there were various spots that were missing. Specifically the top of the inside of my car, which is cloth. On top of that, after leaving the site, my rear view window fell off (it has always been secured).
I called the business and spoke with Jim and told him about the situation. He told me he would call me back after speaking with his manager...... Well, he never called back. So I called him just before the business day ended and he told me that their business would not cover the charge of fixing my rear view mirror (which is really a nominal price because the neck was disconnected from the socket). He suggested that I pay out of pocket for the service. When I told him I thought that this was poor customer service, he became extremely sardonic and unprofessional.
I will NEVER patronize this company again. And if you value any parts in your vehicle, I'd advise you to follow suit........ I mean just utterly rude and piss poor customer service. Completely disappointing because I normally champion, small, fledgling businesses such as this one.
