  • Let me start by saying I really like Portillo's food. But the Champaign location is managed very poorly. Several employees were standing around and the so called fast food took an extremely long time to get. Can't anyone work fast anymore. I have been there 3 times during slow and busy times and it's like getting the food to the customers in an efficient manner has been lost....just saying
