  • I'm counting down the days until my lease is up. When I first moved here it was quite, friendly staff, clean, and well kept but within the past couple months my experience has definitely changed which is why I'm writing this review. If you are interested in moving here make sure it is not apt 1082. There are ALWAYS about 3-4 guys hanging out in front the apartment watching football and drinking Beer and smoking outside LITERALLY EVERY NIGHT between 6 and 8pm. I mentioned my concern with the office since I am a single mother with a child under the age of one. They specifically told me there's nothing they can do. It's very frustrating and annoying since they hang out outside of the balcony which forces you to pass by them every time you leave and enter your home. This makes me not even want to go leave my home. The neighbor upstairs lives outside so he sees and hears your every move and you'll be able to hear him also because every step he makes you can hear from the ceiling. Someone broke into my Patio which lead me to install an alarm system, the gate is never working since I've lived here (1 year). The gate card has never worked idk why they even give them out if the gate stays open for the public to enter, I guess they gave up on trying to fix it. I am getting happier and happier that I can leave this place soon although they told me I had to pay for a full months rent after my planned move out date since I gave them a 30 day notice instead of a 60 day notice. I'd rather pay a full months rent and get out then stay here another month Smh. I wouldn't recommend this place.
