  • Friendly receptionist, however I walked in on a week night for a simple wash and blow dry around 5:30 pm. They told me I would only have to wait about 20 minutes before someone would be with me. I waited over an hour and the place was near empty! I kept seeing stylists leaving and others just chatting with no clients. I sat and waited and waited, but I finally just ended up leaving.
