rev:text	as you can see the reviews for this place are already horrible so this 1 star will probably go unnoticed by their management. I stayed here with my wife for over a year and during that time we have had nothing but problems with the type of people they allow to rent here and inaction on managements behalf on fixing the issue. Brief synapses goes as our neighbors stating they see blood coming out of their walls. Other neighbors stating that our children will have issues if we stay here. registered pedophiles sitting in cars staring at children (yes you read that right). and a neighbor who kept getting robbed by their druggie kids and screaming matches with cops almost every week. We brought these to the managements attention and they offered to move us to a different building at our own expense mind you. we took the offer and had similar issues LOL so we informed them that we didn't feel safe in their complex and would like to break the lease. They would not have it! we moved regardless to ensure family safety, paid in full till our time of moving and bounced! Low and behold the ludicrous amounts of charges they are putting against our credit! It's like how do you even come up with these numbers????? $4k to leave cause of the people they qualify to live here lol. They wont talk to you about the issue at hand tho. they ship it off to a collection agency who wont budge and will hound you to death. SO steer clear of this place for your own safety and sanity.
