  • Both my husband and I have our family doctors at this location and they are Great! I have zero concerns with our doctors however I have noticed over the years since they moved up to Springborough that the way this office is managed and the new protocols leave a lot to be desired and feels as though they care more about the dollars than the patient. Example - office staff told him he had to come in right away to go over his results/ he panics and goes in right away, leaves work - finds out he has slightly high collesteral - at no point did they say this was not an emergency. When I called they denied this and said that he was told this was not an emergency. This is not the first time they have "filled their openings" by misleading conversations. Again Doctors great / Managed poorly.
