  • They don't even deserve one star !! Honestly the worst in customer service they never help me. When I do sit with a representative all they do is waste your time. They are always so young makes me feel like they don't know what they are doing specially when they don't even look decent. I wasted 30 min just so she can tell me sorry the credit card office is close. She could have told me this before I even took a seat. I rather go out of my way and drive to Summerlin location on buffalo & lake mead. DO NOT WASTE your time and going to this location!!!!!
